Found in 2017, this choice, small-cabinet combination piece featuring a very rare green mineral species is from the Christiana Mine in Lavrion. The attractive, electric-green, troll-hair tufts are Agardite-(Ce), a rare hydrated REE-Cu-arsenate. The white Calcites in the cluster appear to be complex, modified scalenohedrons. Both species contrast each other aesthetically in form and color, and they stand out against the gossan matrix. A fine example from this famous locality.
