This fine combination piece features a crust of organic-looking, yellowish Adamite resting on a field of Calcite crystals for contrast, from a unique Greek discovery. The translucent Adamite has a very good luster which serves to highlight a textured surface composed of broad, low-profile terminations. Gorgeous, neon-green fluorescence that is classic Adamite really creates a beautiful and eerie glow under UV light. The Calcites are gemmy-to-translucent scalenohedrons that form dozens upon dozens of small, floral-like bouquets. Sharp and lustrous, you rarely see Calcites in such finely formed, albeit small, clusters. Found in 2017, this miniature well-represents this well-known mine.
