Exceptionally sharp, hexagonal crystal of Fluorapatite from the famous mines at Shengus. The Fluorapatite is a soft pink color, with excellent luster and strong yellow fluorescence. One can't help but notice that the crystal is variegated between undulating layers of gemmy and translucent Fluorapatite, which gives it and interesting and rather unique look. To add even more interest, there is a slightly offset Fluorapatite crystal that sits jauntily on top of the main crystal, almost like a tilted scepter. Overall, this is an unusual and aesthetic small miniature specimen from Shengus. The hot yellow fluorescence, though, takes it to a new level!
