The pics do not capture the incredible brilliance of these apophyllite crystals. Some of them are doubly-terminated crystals lying on their side, other stick up from the matrix, and in many places there are diamond-brilliant points sticking off of larger crystals. This is a BIG plate, with so much flash going on! Here and there are salmon-colored stilbites, and there is even a dark heulandite crystal.
