A lustrous, internally sparkling, gemmy Heliodor crystal duo from the specimen prolific Padre Paraiso area of Brazil. The piece is composed of one thicker and one slightly thinner crystal riding up the side in perfect parallel growth. It is a gorgeous, elegant, almost total gem piece that has several veiled and other inclusions (possibly fluid inclusions) oriented parallel to its length. The Heliodor displays a lovely light, but bright, green-yellow color and the larger crystal has a 5 mm, total gem, pale blue Aquamarine termination. It is complete all around with sharp edges and a perfect termination. A beautiful crystal from finds dating back a decade, as we bought it when it came out from a Brazilian source in the gem trade, sometime in the early 2000s. It has now gone to a collection and come back again. Comes with a custom base.
