This sparkling plate of multicolored pyromorphite is from the mid-1980s glory hole in a high vein of this old mine, which produced unarguably the best pyromorphite ever found in the USA. It is a choice miniature for the top luster, and the play of colors. It was once in the collections of Larry Conklin, Joe Freilich, and then Dana Slaughter (whose label notes the prior history, although other labels are missing). I will say that it does look like a piece I do recall getting and that I sold Joe, myself, and probably got from Larry, back in the early 2000s.
