Composed entirely of Pyromorphite in an unusual "wave" shape, this piece consists of individual yellow-green isolated crystals some with an orange tint and larger flattened crystal aggregates as a backdrop. Crystals in the foreground are sharp, lustrous, orangey-green, hexagonal prisms with some grouped and others in more isolation with a bit of tan matrix visible in between them. The larger, yellow-green crystals in the background are attenuated in width and very thin, forming a great background for the orange-tinted crystals in front. The color and textural difference make for a great miniature! Rare style! From the collection of Mine Owner, Bob Hopper, much of which I bought back ten years ago.
