Aquamarine from Pakistan is admittedly no longer rare in the mineral world, with regular finds of all kinds of styles and shapes. However, it's unusual to find gemmy aqua associated with crystallized matrix in the form of these sharp feldspar crystals, like the large, blocky white crystal on this combination piece. The main aquamarine crystal is 5 cm long, and is nestled amongst snowy-white, bladed albite, with shimmering booklets of muscovite. The contrast of the blue gem aqua against the porcelain white feldspar, and the contrast of the geometry as well as color, makes this special. No repairs or damage of note.
