This is an absolute choice miniature mineral specimen of powellite, with a double-association of dreamy, peachy stilbite cradling the powellite and white, blocky apophyllite on the back. These crystals are like jewels, about as sparkly as the species can be. This specimen is from a single pocket of powellite found in the summer of 2020 in Pandulena Hills, and most of them only have apophyllite in association, and no stilbite, making this fine little jewel extra nice. The cluster is 2.4 cm across. The powellite crystals are different in geometry, style, and color from any we have seen before, and under UV light, they fluorescence a shocking yellow. The crystals are more "pointy" than usual, and each cluster is made up of many sharp crystals, giving them a look more like orange apophyllites than like the typical blocky powellites we have seen from other locations in Jalgaon area in Maharashtra.
