Red Gem Pocket, March of 1993, Red Cloud Mine, Yuma County, Arizona, USA
Miniature, 4.5 x 3.5 x 3.0 cm
Ex. Steve Sinotte
A shockingly lustrous, juicy, upright 2.2 cm crystal perched on contrasting matrix! This is one of the more elegant crystals, because of its display qualities, from this famous last pocket at the classic Red Cloud. The piece has uncomonly good waxy luster, and size for the pocket as well. Few reached this size. The Sinottes saw me first when I got the lot and bought the best miniature of this sort at the time, which I now have back here...
