- Red Cloud Mine, La Paz Co, Arizona, USA
- Thumbnail, 2.1 x 2.0 x 0.6 cm
The Red Cloud mine has been the premier locality for wulfenite from the USA dating back to the 1800s and popularized again in the 1930s by Ed Over. This specimen has a vivid orange-red color and two thick, robust intergrown wulfenite crystals that are crystallized 360 degrees. The luster is phenomenal. It is a classic Red Cloud thumbnail that pops in a display case.
