A choice, sharp, textbook crystal with unusually saturated color, from the famous Red Cloud mine, an old and abandoned lead mine reworked (underground, and at some risk) by intrepid mineral collectors over the years for the wulfenite crystals within. This piece has a balanced, equant shape that makes it a particularly dramatic thumbnail specimen.
