A fine duo of Schorl crystals is embellished with a cluster of green Fluorite crystals originating from the pegmatites of the Erongo region of Namibia. The two, jet-black, prismatic Schorls have good luster and form with the largest Schorl has a multiple, almost coarse fibrous termination and it measures 12.5 cm in length! The other Schorl is more of a compound crystal that is complexly terminated and measures 8 cm long and hosts a quintet of rich green, gemmy, dodecahedral Fluorite crystals with the largest at 2.8 cm across. There are also patches of greenish Muscovite that are more prominent on the shorter Schorl. This is a very good, subtly complex Schorl-Fluorite combination piece from Erongo.
