A gorgeous miniature fluorite of the new "tanzanite fluorite" find in China from the summer of 2017, in a hard size and price range to obtain. (Note the name is to denote the coloring of the fluorite and not an actual combination of the two species here.) This piece has a glittering crystal perched nicely atop a pedestal of sparkling matrix, with many gemmy crystals. The large crystal atop is complete, gemmy, and just under 2 cm across. On the closeup photos, you can see a small hairline crack and a few very tiny dings, that while present up close I did not even notice them at first - frankly the camera sees that more than the human eye. The piece is as much a "jewel" as you can want, and a great example of this pocket for a matrix specimen.
