Three exceptional, doubly terminated, black Neptunite crystals grace a stark white blanket of Natrolite. This is just an incredibly aesthetic piece, period! Two perfectly sized, textbook, doubly terminated Neptunite crystals are prominently displayed on this piece and adorn just a slightly hummocky surface of snow-white Natrolite. Each of the essentially jet-black, super lustrous crystals are 3.5cm in length. One of them is just a bit stouter and has three smaller crystals growing from its center, one of them is doubly terminated! And for balance, a smaller, 1.5cm Neptunite is oriented at an acute angle from the matrix in the lower left corner. This piece was painstakingly prepared so that just the right amount of Natrolite remained to expertly expose the exceptional Neptunite crystals! Very few specimens of this caliber make it to the market, as few were found and the locality is now for all intents and purposes, quite exhausted of good rough to collect.
