A classic Brazilian Kunzite specimen showing interesting hydrothermal etching on the glassy faces of this uniquely-shaped crystal. Pristine! The piece is a floater with no point of attachment and it radiates a lovely pastel pink color that is much more intense when viewed down the long axis. Gorgeous! The Kunzite is incredibly lustrous and 100% gem! The termination, as with the remainder of the crystal, exhibits dissolution producing small, unique, geometric, triangular to pyramidal patterns.
