A serious smoky for the Himalaya! This is a large, symmetric, very smoky quartz, and such are rare from the mine, When found, they are usually quite pale, but this is intensely colored. It weighs over 2 kilos and so is very hefty. It is pristine all around, except a tiny, in context trivial nick on the back of the termination.
