Dalnegorsk was known for a wide variety of calcites but in the 1990s, we saw a particularly large variety come out. From the great traveling crazy person (and real life Indiana Jones), Bran Van Scriver, we saw a flood of specimens come out of Russia. Brad always had an eye for thumbnails, as his mother was a major collector in SoCal (Beth Gordon). This was a special one, saved and sold to Alex... a 2.3 x 1.0 x 1.0 cm translucent double-scepter specimen that looks like a barbell! A floater.
