This is an awesome, complete pinwheel of lustrous and translucent, limey-green adamite. A world class thumbnail in every way! It is complete, it is large (box-buster size), and it has the best color and stunning sparkle of this particular and unique style of crystallization. Often called "pinwheels," I still saw some coming out in the mid 1980s but after that, they are few and far between. I think these are the single most classic style of green adamite from this location. They have a sparkle, in person, that is hard to convey. While we have seen many "small adamite" examples over the years, this choice and complete radial cluster is simply more special than most. It is competition level for the species, back then in Jennie's day when they were actually coming out still, and also today after 40 years.
