Adamite came out from Ojuela mine in the 1960s through the early 1980s in a variety of habits, and the most classic is perhaps the pinwheel style. This spectacular thumbnail has a "wet" look to it due to its incredible luster and vivid yellow color. It simply sparkles all over! This is exactly what you'd want from an Ojuela adamite specimen. As a bonus, all these Ojuela adamites have an intense neon-green fluorescence under UV light.
