This is a fantastic cluster of rich sea-green, gemmy Fluorite is associated with the sulfosalt Geocronite! This represents a new discovery for Peru for 2020! There are three to four tightly clustered, octahedral Fluorite crystals in this cluster with one prominent one at the front that is transparent to translucent and has small scale, geometric growth features on the front octahedral face and the face to its left is smooth and glassy and you can see right into the crystal. The piece is contacted on the black and other side and the bottom shows the numerous, sparkling, metallic gray, striated Geocronite crystals (as per information from analyses done in Harvard and in Milan). The tightly clustered Geocronite crystals are from 2 to 4 mm in size. The contrast between the Green Fluorite and the metallic Geocronite results in a a very unique and contrasting piece!
