This gemmy and super lustrous Topaz crystal from Sakangyi has perfect form with exceptionally well developed faces and edges, with a nice little sidecar crystal as a companion. The main crystal is totally limpid with a perfect complex termination. The edges of all the intersecting faces are razor-sharp and some prism faces exhibit very faint, geometric growth hillocks, while others have extremely faint vertical striations and others are just mirror-like, all of this providing added interest and aesthetics. The 2.7 cm sidecar crystal is essentially identical in form and is in parallel growth with the larger crystal and shows some minor internal crazing that adds internal reflectivity and glow to it. The piece has a clean, cleaved bottom where removed from the pocket, otherwise pristine except for a small contact on the back of the smaller crystal. This beautiful crystal has a mass of 96.12 grams.
