This unusual and pretty specimen hosts numerous "geodesic dome" shaped crystals of analcime, all textbook-sharp. They measure to 1.7 cm and are accented by sparkling tiny crystals of apophyllite and calcite. This mine produced the best analcime of China, and candidates for best in the world for sharpness and luster (as are these, in terms of those qualities), perhaps around 2012 or so. Recently, a few small pockets have yielded new finds of these sharp crystals, in stunning snow-white color but with more sparkle than the original finds (higher luster, and also from the associated apophyllites). A sharp matrix specimen found circa 2019-20.
