Here is a well-formed, rich champagne colored Topaz crystal from Pakistan, formerly in Steve Smale's collection. This is a robust, essentially limpid crystal with great luster on all of its faces and only a trace of inclusions near its base. The prism and pyramid faces are well-developed and glassy without damage and the crystal is contacted only at the very bottom where it was attached to the pegmatite pocket wall. This Topaz is a big and juicy crystal with unusually strong color for its size. The mass of this beauty is 37.5 grams. Ex. Steve Smale collection. Truly, a little jewel!
