It's hard to imagine a more interesting and appealing Bournonite than this crystal perched atop these two Quartz crystals. The sharp textbook-shaped Bournonite, 3.1 cm across, is perched atop an unlikely point of quartz - and it IS real and legitimate! We checked in the lab. I also bought it from a miner I know well, directly - and still, I checked it. The crystal is brilliantly metallic, and contrasts incredibly to the standing quartz prism. The gemmy Quartz crystals are varied, with the base crystal being doubly-terminated and the vertical crystal having attractive, distinct faces. From famous Yaogangxian, there is no denying how interesting and aesthetic this combination is. It really stood out to me among the 2019 production, which I carefully followed as they mined through some old pillars last hit 15 years ago.
