Apophyllite keeps coming from India, but each pocket is something new and occasionally we get a nice surprise! Gorgeous, sparkling, mounded cluster of translucent to transparent, mint green apophyllite crystals from trap basalts of India. A virtual scintillating hemisphere of 1 cm or less apophyllite crystals catch light from absolutely every angle! Nicely accented by a few tiny white stilbite crystals. Contacting at the rear of the piece detracts a little, but it still looks great on the shelf!
