TANZFL-02
Fluorite
Quan Zhou city, Yong Chun County, Fujian Province, China
Small Cabinet, 9.2 x 4.7 x 2.0 cm
SOLD

This specimen features a crystal of just under 2 cm, sitting atop a very fine plate of smaller crystals, and showing off extraordinary gemminess and intensity of color saturation. You can really see why the Chinese are calling these "tanzanite fluorites" from the photos here! (Note the name is to denote the coloring of the fluorite and not an actual combination of the two species here.) The color is evident with little lighting, and this crystal is gemmier than most. Everything glitters and sparkles, and there is no damage to the display face. The main crystal is complete all around, as a bonus. A gorgeous specimen and for the size and price range, hard to beat.
