From an old family collection I bought in Brazil, this is a stunning HOT PINK rose quartz specimen that has color beyond the typical, so saturated that it just blows most other locales' production out of the water. This came up in around 2010, and this fine, complete small cabinet piece was one of the best of its size at the time. The rose quartz looks like frozen pink "waves" cascading on the quartz mound it sits on. Minor damage at the very left and very right edges, but the entire display face is pristine as shown, and crowns atop in a wreath that is also complete front and back. In fact, the view from the rear is superb, and very different aesthetically. Other Rose Quartz localities are more classic, and in some ways more desirable for that reason, but this is just a stunning item, period. The color is just unreal!
