A brilliantly lustrous small cabinet sized specimen from the January 2016 pocket at Milpillas, showing intense cherry-red color when lit well, and metallic luster throughout. The texture differences between the larger crystals atop the smaller druse of sparkling glitter below make them leap out and make the piece very impactful for its size. Very impressive in a case, particularly if near the LED lights. The final photo shows less strong lighting, than the others. These are particularly red in sunlight - unlike any other cuprites you have ever seen for luster, aside from a few Australian specimens in the past.
