A thin septum of ocherous limonite is the host for a cluster of plumbogummite ps. pyromorphite crystals, to 5 cm in length. The crystals exhibit hopper growth at the terminations along with a beautiful sky blue color. At the base of the crystals vestiges remain of the original lustrous, olive green pyromorphite. This piece looks good from just about any angle! It has large crystals, showing excellent side faces from the original pyromorphite, and complete hoppered terminations. For the size, it is probably a value compared to others here as it is priced lower due to the crystals facing inward more than outward (an issue with my own personal aesthetics, and some may disagree!). The colors are very nice on this piece, and intermix on some faces where partial replacement has occurred.
