This is an incredibly rich group of transparent topaz crystals, old material from Brazil. There are dozens of crystals that have grown in parallel here, with sparkling, glassy terminations. They have grown around a central, large, anchoring crystal - and this can, in fact, be looked at as a single compound crystal with dozens of terminated subcrystals on top.
