A rare, fine, doubly terminated amethyst crystal from the Boulder Batholith of Jefferson County, Montana. This glassy and lustrous, old-time specimen has a beautiful, intense purple termination, is very interestingly shaped and has several skeletal faces. Clay inclusions add a further accent to this uncommon amethyst. Ex. Richard Hauck Collection.
