Since the closing of the Jeffrey, there has been a real scramble to scoop up any good specimens left on the market. These fine grossulars have always been prized, and the crystals on this specimen are just SUPER-gemmy; they have an incredible glassy sparkle! The crystals richly cover a gently curving matrix; they are lighter and brighter in person! They measure to about 0.5 cm across.
