Very unusual thin, platy spinel-twins of galena, with very high metallic luster, stand on edge all over the quartz crystal-covered matrix of this very large and dramatic specimen! The galenas are quite beautiful, very angular and geometrix. There are at least a couple dozen here, scattered liberally throughout the bed of quartz.
