This is really quite an amazing specimen. It is composed of many, many cubic Silver crystals throughout the specimen. CUBIC crystals are rare, especially for Michigan. Note also a few other habits mixed in (dodec?). They all have a deep burnished color and fine natural patina with luster. Such good crystallization is rare, making this quite the extraordinary thumb.
