A cluster of milky Quartz crystals is host to a duo of beautifully zoned Fluorite crystals and some accessory Muscovite, from where else with such sharpness but the famous Yaogangxian Mine of China. The two prominent glassy Quartz crystals are actually milky only at the base and have clear tips, that are super sharp, by the way (extra bonus). The Fluorite crystals , the larger of which is 2 cm across, are also super sharp with well defined faces, corners and edges and they display a ghostly purple phantom near the cores. The remainder of both crystals are a water-clear, pale mint green that enables one to see right into the crystal to the phantoms and beyond! The pale golden Muscovite rosettes add a nice accent around the base of the Fluorites. This is a truly handsome combination piece from this famous tin-tungsten mine and all these words are simply extras if the video does its job, which is to show this gem ice-cube of perfection in a way more easily understood than in flat photos. It really is exquisite in its size class. From 2019-2020 finds.
