This blue and purple grouping of Chalcopyrite spheres really displays nicely. The cool hues range from deep purple, to blues and greens. The small 8-14mm balls reach an apex at a large 2.8cm sphere with some cute little accent balls, and the sidecar sphere, at 1.7cm, visually balances the specimen. The occasional contact provides a window into the formation of this bizarre habit. This small cabinet is one of the coolest pieces from this discovery!
