The 1970s-early 80s saw the discovery of some of the most intriguing and aesthetic Pyromorphite specimens found to date. The Pyromorphite crystals growing along the terraced Baryte are amazing for their beauty and delicate nature, and this miniature is SUPERB. Granted, the gemmy, electric-green Pyros are on the order of several mm in size, but the sheer beauty of this combination in this style from one particular pocket, is to me the most unique. For my taste, this is one of the most aesthetic Pyromorphite specimens I have seen from Chaillac. Acquired in 1982, this is #9538 from Kay's collection. Superb miniature, with an aesthetic unlike pyro from anywhere else. Very few of these turn up on the market from old collections.
