This is a cluster of gemmy, apple-green crystals of vesuvianite, to 1.5 cm in length, with examplary luster like glass! For quality, this is one of the finest I have seen in recent years, bar none. The cluster is an extravagant forest of them, sticking out all over. Many are translucent, more so than usual! The piece also hosts a few acicular crystals of groutite, to 1.5 mm in length. Contacting at the lower base of the front, but otherwise this display face is pristine.
