A rich, hefty cabinet specimen of braunite ore with calcite veinlets and abundant, well-formed, black, metallic, scintillating crystals of quenselite to 0.5mm. The mineral also occurs as dense, fine, granular massive aggregates along the fracture surface. Quenselite is a lead manganese oxide-hydroxide.
