This well-terminated cluster of sharp Legrandite crystals is from the classic finds of the late 70s, early 80s. The luster is superb on these gemmy to translucent crystals. The color is outstanding, and the almost fan-shaped arrangement is quite appealing. Very nice aesthetics, as a spray! Quite rare, Legrandite is highly desired by collectors today and is one of the holy Grails of Mexico minerals. This is really an exceptional thumbnail or toenail, and dramatic as compared to the usual single crystal we see turn up today on the market.
