This is a classic Diaspore crystal, with a steep termination and excellent gemminess. The vitrous luster is superb, and it perfectly complements the gem quality of the crystal. These crystals are old classics - none have been found in at least decades, and this is of good size. Minimal edgewear. Also, it is untwinned... these are actually MORE rare than the famous twins from this classic locality (which is considered to have produced best of species) .
