This is a large, showy, beautiful, bright specimen just loaded with sharp azurites, from Chessy, circa the early 1800s I am told that most specimens came out by 1840. It is large and dramatic, and frankly I think the price is very fair for such a piece...MUCH LESS than it would cost me in Europe. But, luckily, it turned up in a US collection.
