Numerous sharp, azure-blue crystals to 1.5 cm abound sticking out of this bizarre kaolinite matrix. Most are intact, only a few damaged (though some are). The claylike matrix presents a contrast you rarely see, with Tsumeb azurites, of blue on a white background.
