A significant LARGE crystal showing classic form, some gemminess, and a wonderful pastel pink color that changes to orange-red under ultraviolet light. It is complete all around and even doubly-terminated! The central elongated crystal is modified by rhombohedral terminations, and decorated on its side with small scalenohedral sidecars. It is a major example for a crystal of such habit, in this size, and that it has survived unscathed is remarkable. This oldtimer is from the 1980s-1990s heyday of production here, I am sure, judging by its shape and size. BETTER IN PERSON, as the strong luster makes it harder to photograph.
