A gorgeous multicolor Fluorite on Fluorite specimen showcased by translucent golden honey colored Fluorite with spectacular wet luster showing both the typical interconnected globular form and isolated well defined individual "balls." The largest individual yellow cluster measures 2.8 cm.. This botryoidal habit appears to consist of numerous small octahedrons showing unusual curved triangular faces with stepped growth. These Fluorites rest on and are complimented by the contrasting mix of purple octahedral Fluorites combined with the partially exposed earlier green Fluorite phase creating a beautiful color palette display. The trimmed side view captures the fascinating formation of these multi-phased layered Fluorites that is represented in these pieces. This highly colorful specimen from the fairly recent finds at the Yangjia Mine in Wuyi County is definitely an artistic standout with a significant visual impact.
