Jewel-like citrine crystals with a pleasing, natural orange color decorate a vertical danburite crystal here. This is a completely unique association, found only in a few small pockets over the last several decades at the famous Charcas mine. This mine is known for danburite, but citrine was always rare, and this combination exceptionally so. The citrine crystals reach 1.5 cm. The quality, sharpness, contrast of color and shape, and perfection make this a competition-level thumbnail specimen.
