Aesthetic and lustrous, a large, translucent, mint-green, radial Prehnite aggregate is highlighted by a collar of white Calcite and Quartz on this attractive Goboboseb piece. The colorful, botryoidal is translucent to nearly transparent as you can almost see the milky Calcite and milky Quartz matrix in the background through the Prehnite. The somewhat bubbly Prehnite aggregate is a full two inches across and is perfectly centered on the piece for great composition. The 3 to 6 mm Calcite crystals have a satin luster while a few, 3 to 4 mm, water-clear, sparkling Quartz crystal clusters are scattered about the piece amongst the Calcite crystals. A truly handsome piece that is unusually "silky" and organic in person, difficult to describe but truly distinct from others.
