Dramatic, coral-like white aragonite is coating steel-gray galena crystals and gemmy green fluorite crystals on this stunning cabinet specimen. It looks like an underwater scene with many hollow aragonite tubes in the front part of the specimen, with a ridge of glassy, twinned deep emerald-green fluorites (to 1.6 cm) above the aragonite. The combo of fluorite, galena, and aragonite represent the best of the recent operations at the Diana Maria mine, started in 2017 as a specimen recovery operation. This dazzling specimen is from the Queen of Green pocket, one of the best pockets recovered since the start of the mining operation five years ago. All the pieces recovered from this pocket exhibit drastic daylight fluorescence, sharp and glassy penetration twin fluorites with the classic associations with galena and aragonite. This is a particularly unique specimen.
