- Thumbnail, 1.6 x 1.6 x 0.8 cm
- Copper Queen Mine, Bisbee, Arizona, USA
- Ex. Jennie Areson
A classic Bisbee Azurite, so sharply formed that it looks carved! It has an incredibly saturated deep blue color which is partially translucent. It sparkles. In addition, the specimen is doubly-terminated and can be viewed from either side. A wonderful thumbnail from the USA! Note that this is a flat-plane single crystal, somewhat unusual in that it is NOT the typical historic "Bisbee Rose" style of crystallization.
